Whether it be a day conference with breakout rooms to larger exclusive cocktail events for up to 500 guests!     18th Birthday Party at the Crows Nest Hotel, One Willoughby Wine Bar

    My Daughter had her 18th Birthday Party here and we couldn't recommend this venue more highly. We had around 75 guests and the room was the perfect size. Every member of staff from the first booking we made to the last minute of the actual function was professional, easy to deal with and ensured that all of our requests and planning worked exactly the way we wanted it to. The room itself is modern and beautifully decorated. The food was excellent and very good value for money. Every one from our Vegan guests to our 90 year old Gran and Aunt were catered for and looked after. We were so thrilled. Special thanks to Sarah for all her organisation before the event and Elle on the night who ensured everything ran like clockwork. Thanks again!!

    Party in the Berry Room and Parlour

    I organised a couples baby shower and chose the Berry Room and Parlour to host this in. The rooms are upstairs in the hotel, with good access to the upstairs bars with outdoor space and WCs. We chose the Shared Feast and there was plenty of food with a great selection of gourmet salads, pizzas, calamari and sweet potato wedges. The food was great quality and really well presented, many other guests were quick to compliment it. Sarah was great and so helpful in the lead up to the event. The staff on the day were lovely and so accommodating. We had about 25 adults and children and the two rooms offered a good amount of space. The room is newly decorated and has ample tables and comfortable seats. If hosting a standing/cocktail event for this number of guests I'd recommend having the two adjoining rooms (there's also a pool table). All in all a great venue to host the event. I am really pleased I chose the Crows Nest Hotel! Thanks again to Sarah and the team!
