Located on Sydney’s North Head, with spectacular views over Sydney Harbour, the Q Station is a beautiful and unique location for events, weddings and conferences.

The heritage buildings of the former Quarantine Station, have been creatively transformed into function rooms, hotel accommodation, restaurants, a cafe and a museum.

There are a variety of spaces that all offer something different in their design, including a Glasshouse, a Ballroom, numerous intimate meeting rooms and a restaurant with spectacular views.

Q Station is ideal for hosting residential events and conferences, as well as team building and offsite meetings where you want some extra space to be creative.

With ample photography locations within the grounds and nearby private beach, the Q Station is a gorgeous place to host your wedding ceremony and reception. Plus, all your guests can stay onsite!

There is ample parking onsite or you can arrive by boat at our private jetty.

A "pop up" style is the perfect wedding for couples who want to get married and celebrate the occassion with an intimate group of friends and family. The Q Station Pop Up Wedding Package makes this easy to achieve! It includes all the essential items and all you have to do is pick flower colours, cake flavours and the wedding date.





$9,500 for 35 guests, including:

- Registered Celebrant to officiate ceremony

- Choose from the Glasshouse, Wharf or Headland ceremony locations

- Timber ceremony arch

- Signing table and two chairs

- 10 ceremony chairs for guests

- Carpet under ceremony arch

- 3 hour photography package + 250 images

- Speaker and AUX cord for music

- Bouquet for bride and button hole for groom

- 2 hour beverages

- 2 hour canapes

- Wedding cake and use of cake knife

- Lawn games

- Dedicated Wedding Coordinator to help run the day
