What we do best

The historic Bathers’ Pavilion has been sensitively renovated to offer a contemporary, sophisticated venue for special events. Located in one of Sydney’s most beautiful settings, The Room and Terrace offer bright spaces with an understated oceanic elegance. In addition, The Blue Room is our semi-private dining room offering the perfect location for intimate occasions which is located off the fine dining Restaurant which can also be hired for exclusive use.

For even larger numbers you have the option of hiring the whole building!

We pride ourselves on our culinary creativity and can completely custom-design a menu for you, including wines to match. Whatever the event from a breakfast meeting to a sophisticated cocktail party, wedding or celebration dinner, we will assist you with the planning through to execution.

    Corporate farewell cocktail party

    This is the third time I have organised a corporate cocktail function at Bathers Pavilion - the staff are outstanding, extremely accommodating and helpful, food and beverage is always superb - I can not fault them. I highly recommend Bathers Pavilion and will definitely use them again.

    Jeanettes Memorial at Bathers

    I held my mothers Memorial service at Bathers as it was her "special place". The staff were absolutely wonderful, respectful and exceeded expectations. It was a magical day at a magical venue. Food and service outstanding so I thank all for a beautiful day, bittersweet but amazing!

    Wedding at Bather's Pavillion

    My husband and I just had our wedding at Balmoral Bather's Pavillion and it was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, with simple silver walls to compliment an elegant theme. The food is exquisite and presented handsomely, and the staff were professional. We had our ceremony on the upstairs terrace with a lunch reception to follow. The view is breathtaking from the terrace and ideal for a small intimate ceremony. The staff have been helpful in all our questions and planning leading up to the wedding. They even printed personalised menus which matched our theme. As we were part of a winter special deal, we received a complimentary stay at The Langham Hotel which was a five star stay. We could not have asked for a better venue and experience for our wedding day.
